The depth of the doorway chinup bar is adjustable to fit different door hole width. There are two knobs on the two bars to adjust the bar. Four grip positions allow various exercise effect. There's a hanging ring on the middle bar so that users can use resistant straps together with this doorway chinup bar. We use soft pad to protect your door.
Multiple functions--you can do pull ups, chin ups, sit ups and push ups with this chin up bar. The bar is made of heavy duty steel tubes that can load up to 150KGS at maximum.
