This door pull up bar for home makes it easy for you to exercise at home. The horizontal bar is made of heavy duty carbon steel tube with black power coating surface. That can avoid rusty efficiently. We use high density foam for grip that is soft, comfortable and sweat aborbing. 

Multiple functions. This bar can be used for various workouts when it is installed at different height level on your door frame. Its main function is to exercise upper body. You can do pull-ups and chin-ups while it's installed at high position. If you want to stretch your legs or waists, it need to be installed at mid height level. When you install it at low level, you can do push-ups and sit-ups.

2. Please check whether the screws are on good condition before each use.

3. Never extend the horizontal bar at its maximum length. It's not safe.

4. It's not allowed for kids to hang on the bar for play.
